I am a general practitioner working in the field of mental health as it pertains to General Practice. I can be consulted for:
Anxiety
Depression
Stress and burnout
Stressful life events pertaining to work, home, family, children,
Counselling re medications and their use and assistance in both starting and stopping
medication
General time and attention when you need a
doctor to talk to about a health or life issue

I try to use a holistic approach and am very much for patient involvement and autonomy. I work very closely with psychologists and will refer to psychiatrist as necessary.

Consults are either via Skype, Zoom or Facetime. In person consults can be organized by special arrangement. All consults are payable by EFT directly.
