My Appointment provides you with a smart stock ordering system which will suggest quantities of each item which needs to be recorded. After you approve these quantities, an order can be automatically generated and sent off to the supplier.

My Appointment has a built in loyalty system which allows you to reward loyal customers with points each time they come to your business. Each time they spend money with you, they will accumulate points. Once they have enough points, they will be able to come back and redeem them in your store.
Implementing loyalty points is optional, and the rate at which point are earned is at your discretion. Points are not transferable, and only points that were earned at your business with be redeemable at your business.
My Appointment creates professional electronic invoices and sends them straight to your customer via email. Invoices can also be printed and will be saved on the system to recall if necessary. Unpaid invoices can also be tracked and reminders can be sent out. Invoices can be settled once payment has been received.
Do you have the type of business where clients purchase a bulk of treatments upfront? Great! My Appointment has a courses module that helps you track those session and how many are left. In addition, it takes into account the complexities of paying for the bulk upfront and redeeming the services at a later date.

My Appointment has a gift vouchers module that helps your business create and track open gift vouchers. This will allow you to monitor the remaining balance and expiry date of open vouchers. In addition, it takes into account the complexities of paying for the voucher upfront as well as allocating commission correctly where necessary.
On My Appointment we have the ability to take payment upfront for a booking, This could be payment in full, or a deposit to secure the booking. This is an optional feature and it can be applied to certain treatments only, or switched off completely.
To compliment the world class online booking tool, My Appointment allows you to create professional invoices accepted by medical aids. Within our system, we have a full library of ICD 10 codes to make your billing quick and easy. In the event that the patient does not settle the invoice immediately, we are able to keep track of unpaid invoices and settle them when payment is received.
Please note that we do not integrate with any medical aids or check benefits, however we do generate invoices that are approved by medical aid for submission.
